Some of our children are lucky enough to have holiday parents / families that they visit during the school holidays.
There is however still a few of our children who are looking forward toward experiencing someone else's home for the duration of a weekend or a holiday.
Purpose - To provide a home to the children who cannot go to their own parents over weekends or during holidays;
- To give the children a chance to become part of a small family unit on a part-time basis;
- To give them a chance to learn about a healthy family environment and about family responsibilities;
- To provide them with a place to socialise and help to adapt outside the CYCC environment.

- Complete the forms below that you will receive from
HAM SW:- Application Form
- Confidential report from your Priest
- Form 30 & Certified copy of ID
- Police clearance
- Report from External Social Worker providing services in your area
- Make an appointment with SW and send back forms via
